Digital learning

The Digital Learning leader’s role is to ensure that teachers build their digital competencies to both deliver curriculum and ensure all students are competent users of current technologies.

Through the College’s Digital Learning plan and professional learning, teachers are provided with opportunities to explore how digital tools can be used to improve student learning in the classroom through differentiation and engaging learning tools. Strategies are delivered by the Digital Learning Leader to build teacher capacity for innovation and engagement as well as develop practical tools for communication and collaboration. With improving student outcomes as the goal, teachers learn skills to better utilise the 1 to 1 program so that students are confident and ethical users and creators of technology.
