Outdoor Education

Outdoor Education is offered to students in year 9 as an elective. Outdoor Education gives students the chance to learn about sustainability, environmental impacts as well as the implementation of first aid and navigation within the outdoors. Students take part in both theory and practical based lessons to broaden their understanding of our environment and interacting within it.

Throughout the semester students get to take part in two overnight camps one canoeing journey down the Murray River and one Bush Walk in Kooyoora national park. Upon completing outdoor education many students progress into Vet Sport and Rec.
